Keeping the shipping and
fishing industries informed
We’re working closely with local and national organisations to minimise London Array’s impact on shipping activities in the outer Thames Estuary during construction and operations. Regular update notices are issued to:
- Local fisheries
- Port of London Authority
- Maritime and Coastguard Agency
- Ramsgate & Thanet Port Control
- DEFRA, MMO & CEFAS
- UK Hydrographic Office & Trinity House
- Ramsgate Lifeboat Services.
The update notices include details of our current activities and whereabouts in the Estuary we’ll be working, as well as information about the vessels being used. Before offshore construction started we issued these notices montly, now offshore construction is underway they are issued every week. You can download the latest notice below:

Information has been circulated on the change of depths to sea users via the RYA and to those people who received our notice of operations. For more information please click here.
