Advert for Graveney exhibition

FEBRUARY 2005
Public exhibition: Proposals for a Substation at Cleve Hill, Graveney

A proposal for an offshore wind farm in the outer Thames Estuary is currently being drafted by London Array Ltd. The proposal incorporates a new electricity substation at Cleve Hill, Graveney, where the electricity from the offshore wind farm would come ashore. Prior to a formal planning application being lodged, London Array is holding a public exhibition to allow visitors to view the substation plans and feedback comments. The exhibition will be open to the public on Sunday 27th and Monday 28th February between the hours 09:00 - 18:00, at Graveney Village Hall, Graveney. We hope to see you at the public exhibition and look forward to hearing your views on our proposals.

[NB: This exhibition relates to the onshore electricity substation. More general exhibitions will be scheduled later in 2005 within Kent and Essex to present the wind farm proposal and describe the related impacts]
